Comment on Yorkshire Pudding Recipe by sharon romeo

As an American holidaying in yorkshire with my good friends geraldine, gary and Jack, I am in the process of making waht we call'pop overs'! for our eevening meal. I really need help as back home I always make my yorkshire pop overs in muffin tins and they always burn on the bottom! what am I doing wrong?
